How do I retrieve or change my voice mail password?

Have forgotten voicemail password. How can it be retrieved or changed?

You've come to the right place, Spock65! 
You can actually reset your voicemail password by dialing *611 from the phone. Listen to options and select option 4. 
Listen to the instructions then when prompted say "Reset voicemail password". If prompted, enter the requested information for security verification.
