how long does it take to load the cloud from the verizon site? abnormally long? i just need my contacts
Your contacts should be in Google within your account and set to sync...unless you never used Google for your contacts and always saved them to either the phone or Verizon Cloud. But yes, Verizon cloud can take a long time to do even the simplest task.
