@How do I remove,the time available for this call is unlimited? This message is 9 seconds long and with a pause, if I call 911

am I going to get the same message before I'm connected?

Log in to your account online and go to account profile then phone control and set to low. That will disable the annoying message or you can call customer service and try to get them to change the phone control to low.

thanks rescue, you're right on the money and a verizon rep did basically tell me I needed an upgrade, wheeew!
