bad signal

The past couple of weeks my signal at home has been terrible. It's always bad, but now it has been sometimes non existent. We have cell phones and also our home phone through Verizon. Have you changed soon something? we have 2 iPhones, a note 3, and a Droid Turbo and we are all experiencing issues. I have friends and family calling me and my phone never rings and doesn't show a missed call! Also, I can't even get enough signal to send a text! Very frustrating. I hope you have answers!

We are just as concerned as you are, abiggs007. Since there are so many phones having the same issue it is even more concerning. What area are you in? Has anything changed in the area? (new property, etc.)
I'm guessing the service is better away from the home location, correct?
Is this an issue with data as well or just the calls?

I'm at area code 28759. As far as I know, nothing has changed in our area. I even have a friend located 3 hours away in Athens TN that says she's having issues too. Mainly with people trying to call her and her phone not ringing or showing a Missed call. I have noticed when I'm away from the house the signal isn't as strong either. Have other customers reported any similar issues?

Oh, and I haven't noticed an issue with data, but I usually have WiFi available.

I'm in Henderson, TX and having exactly the same issue. I have two smartphones and the home fusion device, and am having signal issues with all three. We've been with Verizon for well over 3 years, and have never had signal problems like we've had in the last few months. I really wish that something would be done! We have reached the point that we have to go outside to make calls if we want to talk without the call dropping because of signal issues.

We want to provide fantastic service at all times! 28759 has some areas of opportunities but no current reported issues. Have you made any changes to your home like new roof, new siding, etc? How far do you have to go from your home for the signal to improve on the device?

Nope, nothing new here! I have to drive about a mile to the entrance of our

neighborhood to get a really good signal. I sure wish Verizon could help

improve the signal for those of us that live in the mountains. I just don't

understand how the signal has gotten worse. We've been customers for about

12 years.

My area code is 828. The phones in our household are: Samsung Note 3,

iPhone 6, Droid Turbo and iPhone 5S. We also have our home phone service

through Verizon. Initially the call is clear, but it soon starts breaking

up. I've heard several people in our area that are having issues.

I appreciate the information. It looks like that area is well covered for the most part. I do see there are some mountain areas near there that could cause terrain issues from time to time. Has there been any recent changes in your neighborhood? New construction or anything that may be interfering?

The zip code here is 75654. We have one Samsung Galaxy note 3 and an older model LG flip phone (Switched out from a Droid RAZR M because my bill was getting ridiculous). I have family members all over this area with Verizon, and they are having trouble making and receiving calls, texts and data as well.
