If anyone can help me I would be very appreciative. My phone is 5 hrs in the future. I have gone into my phones date and time setting and it didn't/wont change it back. I have the LG G3. This is driving me crazy!!!! Thanks in advance:)
in settings for date and time, do you have use network date time selected?. it's possible there is a tower local to you with wrong date and time and phone is setting to that. try deselecting use network date time and manually setting it...
oother than that weird behavior like this may warrant you backing up your personal content and performing a factory data reset.... that's drastic as you'll have to estrone your content and set the phone up from scratch..
first try try to see if you've got a tower with a messed up time. if so, report the issue to Verizon.
Will I see someone gave you some excellent advise. Most of the time phones fall off the get time from towers and make sure that is checked. If not make sure it is. Next if that does not fix I have to say this. Google the winning lottery numbers so I will know which ones to get if your phone is indeed in the future lol
Thanks!!! Yes I already did that.... That tower is the only thing that actually makes sense!!!! Time is 7:53am but my phone says 12:53pm. It's real annoying!!!!

We want to bring your phone back to present time, Jennyluv02. I appreciate the steps you have taken. Are you aware if any other devices are reporting the incorrect time? To review the area for alerts, can you please provide your zip code? From Settings>Date & Time, does your correct time zone display?
