Error 402 when going through 2nd upgrade process to Lolipop on GS4?

So I got Error 402 when I went through the 2nd process in upgrading. I tried it about 5 times while getting the same error. I just did a factory reset which ended up making it so I can't even upgrade, its saying now that I don't have any upgrades available. Verizon assistant and Kies both say my version of firmware is not supported when I try to upgrade through that. Any help would be nice.

Odd it went fine for me did u make sure U have enough memory

Yes. I even went out and actually got an external SD card.

Did you explicitly check for updates again?

Yes. Multiple times . That's how I got the error number

I want to help ensure your phone is up to date! You mentioned that the update software is saying your version of firmware is not supported. Have you altered your phone software in the past outside of the software pushed to the phone by the manufacturer?

Yes. But I did a factory reset and everything to get out of that months ago.
