my LG optimus zone 2 doesn't receive MMS.

when someone sends me an MMS or a group text, I receive individual texts with a "download" icon. When I click on "download" nothing happens. LG customers service said it might be related to apn or mms setting. I looked online, but there is no "apn" in the network menu and I'm not able to change the settings this way, like everyone recommends. I also tried to change the default message app, but nothing. Any idea on how to solve this? thank you

Are you using the Network to receive the messages.. if not make sure to switch to it

I'm using wifi at the moment, but it doesn't work with verizon network either

Hmm if its ok to ask what ya trying to send pictures or something like that.. sometimes the size of a picture or Video can caused them Delay or not go Through..

I don't have problems sending, but receiving...looks like the problem is only with group text (sent form i phones)

How very strange that you are unable to receive MMS or a group text! How long has this been going on? Are you using the default messaging app or one you downloaded from the play store? Do you have wifi enabled still? If so, lets turn wifi off & restart the phone. Then have someone send you a picture message. Did you receive it? Keep me posted!
