No it will not.
Verizon is getting something from HTC. I can't tell you what but it's coming. There will be leaks out shortly.
Can you tell me why it won't work? I'm just curious.
How CDMA works you need the IMEI in the system and the phone doesn't support BAND 13 for XLTE which you wouldn't need CDMA support.
