LG Transpyre stuck on verizon logo. Keeps rebooting

I have an LG Transpyre that is stuck in a bootloop on the Verizon logo. Does anyone have the factory image file I could flash via odin?

I appreciate you working with us to get this resolved. Place the phone in Safe Mode http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-127466/ and then reboot the phone. If the issue still persist, the next step would be a hard reset http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-127239/.

Oh wow, ddelross. Sorry to hear about your LG Transpyre. Were there any updates performed prior to this happening? How long have you had the phone? It may still be under warranty.

I am having the same problem, what should I do?

ddroby, I know it may be frustrating not having a working phone at the moment. Has anything happened to the phone? Any liquid or physical damage? Was the software updated right before this issue started or a new app downloaded? Please try removing the battery and re-test. Please give us more details to provide with the best resolution. Well I have removed some previously installed apps and tried a reset (not

factory reset), and it still reboots and freezes up on it's own. The phone

has not been damaged and only had it since December.
