Problem with Samsung S5

I would like to become customer of Verizon when i come to the United States. I have Samsung Galaxy S5 SM-G900F that is unlocked and I red on some forums that I would not be able to use G4 network on Verizon? Is that true? and if it is, would I be able to use G2 and G3 normally? Thank you!
