I have a galaxy note 2. For the past couple of months I have had an issue with my WiFi and Bluetooth cutting off on their own. They just cut out by themselves. The problems created by this is that it does not even give me notification when this happens and has caused me to go over my data allowence for past several months. I work out of my home and have WiFi available and constantly on at my house. I can't even get it to cut back on when I notice it has cut off without restarting the phone and tapping on the back or shaking the phone. I was told Verizon would replace it for me that it was a defect or something to that effect caused by an upgrade to firmware. So can anyone tell me how to get my phone fixed or replaced? I'm tired of paying so much in overages and going broke. Please help
