It appeared suddenly June 2 and i can't get rid of it, and my emails don't update on the Note 3 anymore.

We want your device to be error free! What type of email account do you have?(pop,exchange, etc) . Did you change your email password recently? Are you able to sign into the email account from a computer browser?

i fixed it by 'removing' the account off of my Note 3 and then reinstalled
it.
