I don't know about the rest of you but I'm tired of buying the latest devices only to have the previous model to get updated first and to always receive updates last. VERIZON step it up and get with the ball game. Note 4 should have Lollipop already what's the hold up?!?
Actually Verizon was the first mobile carrier to update to Lollipop in the US. And if you looked at the AT&T forum as of a week ago they hadn't.

The s5....exactly one of my points. The Note 4 should have gotten it before the s5 and that's once in the 5 years since I switched to VZW from Tmobile that they have updated b4 another carrier. But again I'm talking about the note 4 ....all of the latest model phones should get any and all updates before the others IMO
Someone in here had posted that at Best Buy there are Samsung reps. That maybe able to get it to your device? You might want to check that out to see if they can get it to you any faster.
I have kies on my computer and if they have the ability to get it, I would have the same ability via kies. It just sucks seeing everyone with older phones and others with the same phone on different carriers getting the update long before
yes Verizon new to stop playing with note 4 owners and send out the update. They say their the best then back up your words and give us the update this week. Your IT guys need to get of your butts.

No but the battery and mute update they sent out yesterday for the S5
