Email delete on server

My Samsung g360v and Eclipsis tablet both delete emails on my ISP's (cox) server when I delete from the device.  There is a setting on the tablet to "never" delete from server which I have selected but mail still deletes.  Not sure how to correct this.

Hello tunatime1. I'm sorry to see you're losing emails from the server. I can see that you've already changed the sync settings on your Ellipsis tablet to not delete from server. I also see that you have a Galaxy Core Prime. To my knowledge, the Core Prime does not have a never delet from server option in its email settings.

I'm curious to know if you've tested the tablet to see if it still deletes emails from the service even if you've set it against that. If you haven't, I recommend sending yourself some test emails. When they come in, delete one using the tablet and then another using the Core Prime. Once done, check to see which email stayed on the server and which didn't. That should provide us with a guide to which device may be doing this. Let me know how it goes.
