I have in my hand the 3rd note 3 and it continues to have the same issues...poor reception in both mobile days and especially wifi...sitting in a Starbucks and it won't even load pages and it shows 5 bars.
When does customer service become the most important job of a company. I'm so tired of resetting to factory settings, blah, blah, blah...every time I call same song and dance. Finally, ok, we'll send a new phone that doesn't work either.
By the way it's not towers either. I travel in 600 mile radius, it's the same all over. If you have that many tower issues, you should get out of the business.
Customer since the early 90's and I am considering making some changes...so frustrated. I just don't have time for this nonsense over and over. The time spent on this now measures on days...
