I am currently on a replacement Droid Turbo due to overheating and constant hard resets. Has anyone else had this problem? I have worked with Tech Support, but have gotten nowhere with them.
mfran99031, I want to make sure that you love everything about your Droid Turbo! It seems odd that the replacement device is having the same issues. I would recommend on taking all power accessories with the device to the retail location. This way they are able to inspect the device and accessories. When did you notice the overheating start on your latest replacement? Are all your applications up to date? Have you tried completing a factory reset? I look forward to hearing back from you.
