Phablets are for lemmings. Any plans to bring a compact Android phone with top-specs, like the Xperia Z3 Compact?

Phablets won't fit in: one human hand, my dress shirt pocket, my bikepack's shoulder-strap pocket, the bento box on the top tube of CX bike, or my pants pocket.  My Droid Incredible is limping along, but the first major US carrier that gets the Z3c gets my account. What plans does Verizon have to sell a top-tier compact Android phone?

That's not happening... Z3C will not be sold by carriers. Sony only sells them through their store and through their top resellers. If you want the Z3C you will have to buy it outright and use a GSM carrier.
