I am unable to receive text messages with multiple recipients. I can see that they are trying to download, but they never come through. This just started happening 2-3 weeks ago. Any suggestions?
Are you on wi-fi or cellular network when this happens?
Are you always in the same location? Home, work or it varies?
What device do you have?
It happens both on wi-fi and network in various locations. I noticed a few months ago that messages were slow to come through, and now they've completely stopped. I have a Motorola Razr M, 2 years old.
If possible can you power down, remove the sim card and reinstall? It sounds like you're having trouble connecting to the network, but then because it happens on wi-fi that's more of a concern. I don't know about on your mobile device, but the s5 can send and receive sms while on wi-fi so it SHOULD work.
