How do you know if your replacement decide that was defective was received back to Verizon? I've tracked my tracking number that I was given and NOTHING. I'm afraid I'm going to be charged.
When you say NOTHING, you mean it was never scanned by the post office or what? No movement after acceptance? Otherwise, you will get a text from Verizon in 5-10 days (business) stating the device was received.

Springfield MA on Saturday and there was no activity today.
USPS is VERY unreliable with tracking. It's rare I see more than a message indicating "accepted" maybe one-two locations it was scanned at, and then "delivered."
I've never had an issue with UPS or Fed-Ex. Then again this is the first
time using the USPS to ship something back. Thank you for this tid bit.
