I cannot go to settings and disable the pin code. I installed a different lockscreens app and now have 2 lock screens. ...how do I resolve this?
Have you tried settings>security>clear credentials (toward the bottom) then restart and then see if you can change lock screen?
Have you tried uninstalling the 3rd party screen lock app?
Which phone model do you have? Are you using the phone with an exchange account from work that might require keeping a pass code on the device?
I have the Samsung Galaxy S4 and I have Uninstalled the apps I have downloaded but when I go to settings select and LOCKSCREEN when it goes to the options page the "swipe" and "none" options are not available . This is my personal phone.
