lg tablet is stuck

My lg pad is stuck on some status widget...help please!

Uh oh! We'd be happy to help koko1964. What model of device are we working with? Are you able to power the device off and back on? If an Android model tablet, try pressing and holding the Power key at the same time as the Volume Down key and see if the device responds.
