I just want someone at Verizon Wireless to help me with this issue and everyone thus far seems to be quite inept at completing this task. Is it the phone? Is it the network??? My roommate has the same phone; Samsung note 3, with the same carrier, Verizon, and he gets his notifications but I have not received one since i upgraded my phone on April 15th!!!! I have missed calls from my Director, from clients and FAMILY who had an emergency!!!! I am fed up, and so dissatisfied with Verizon. I have a trouble ticket in and still i have NO CLUE WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!!
I have been with Verizon for over 10 years and my promises of leaving and taking my 2 additional lines are now about to come to fruition because this is some bull. If it ain't the network, then just send me a new phone, isn't that what i pay protection for?? And please have your people note accounts when people call, this repeating the same bull ish steps is on my last nerve. You CANNOT nor will you ever get to a different outcome if you keep applying the same steps!!!
Now don't call me with that over pleasant crap, JUST FIX MY DAYAM PHONE or I am leaving!! As much money as we pay as customers you should have fixed this by now.
