Ringer download? Where did it go?

I downloaded some new ringers on my Samsung Galaxy S4 thru the Verizon Tones app, and it says they went to my music inbox? I can't find them anywhere. Error Code 20058. I can't find a music inbox anywhere. Any advice on where to find them would be great. One Ring tone went thru fine and shows up under my music downloads, but the other ones aren't there.

Sorry, it's an S5. Not sure if that matters.

Do you have an SD Card in the phone, sounds like that could be a problem, From another posting: in Verizon Tones, click bottom right three dots and it pulls up the menu for downloads pending. See if the other songs are shown there.

I'm not seeing the three dots on the bottom when in Verizon Tones... I've also tried looking on the SD storage. Maybe I'm not looking in the right place. I've found the one ring tone there but not the others.
