Why does MyVerizon show two different values for the balance due? The Billing Summary shows a balance due and yet the entry at the top of the window shows a zero balance (which by the way is the correct amount). This caused me to drive to the Verizon office since the online payment option was not working and I did not remember that I had paid the bill in full when I realized that due to credit card theft a payment had been missed; had the billing summary shown the correct value it would have saved me a lot of aggravation and time. As a retired Systems Analyst/Programmer with over 40 years experience I find IT TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!
