BUT the service is the best around and maybe they should stick to that and forget about these marketing flee markets....do what you do best Virizon ...The cell phone service.. you are the best at that...
The rewards program is simply a perk. If folks don't like it, then they need not use it. However I've seen where you can get an iPad for around 180,000 points in the auction which isn't so bad. I'm on the More Everything plan with 2 lines and in 8 months I've gained around 120,000 points. They don't seem to expire and in auction you can get things for points only. I think some of the points + cash is silly unless you need to buy a gift card for a present etc. in which case you can save a few bucks.
