ive been trying for 2 days now to upgrade my device via the webpage i keep getting the
"Content Unavailable
Please try again. or contact us for assistance."
which ive chatted several different persons who cant seem to be of any assistance to me. ive
upgraded my phone every 2 years for how long ? at least 8 or 10 years. what is up ? is verizon
dead now ? the website used to be very easy to navigate but now u have to go thru 2 different
log ins to verify who you are. no big deal but anymore it seems the only thing that works is the
bill pay part and the rest is just wasted crap. i have always upgraded my device via the webpage. i dont want to find and go to a store to do this. i dont want to chit chat with some strange person who in the end cant help with my issue. im thinking someone has to be working on this webpage problem or mebbe no one at all ? everyone gone on holiday or what ?
