Recently non of Verizon wireless subscribers I know can get the the text messages delivered to China Telecom's users with number of +86 133 xxxxxxxx. I called Verizon customer service multiple times however can't have the problem resolved. This afternoon I was told by a representitive that I HAVE TO MAIL TO correspondent team myself to report the issue. She told me this is the only way I could get hold of the right department to handle this. They don't have telephone number or email for me and internally they can only mail to them also. I can't escalate the issue and her boss will not answer my call!
It's so funny that Verizon, a mobile carrier boosted itself has the largest/fastest LTE network in US has to use MAIL to report a serious network problem that could affect thousands of its customers. Think about it, China Telecom is one of the largest mobile carrier in the world with hundreds of millions of subscribers. And Verizon even doesn't care its customer can't text them!!!
No wonder Verizon customer service is voted the worst in US!!! Maybe it's time to change to AT&T.
