My advanced calling is not working at all...I go in to advanced calling in the settings to see if it's turned on and it's just in grey with no switch...I went into mobile networks and looked for lte nothing there either. Same for in my contacts no group for videos. Reset my phone about 7 times now. Also looked for updates none availabile. And I can't call a friend that has it without getting a busy tone. What's going on? I just got this phone not even a week ago please help!
