Send a text & receipient only gets FWD:

I have someone I send text messages to on a regular basis. Randomly whatever I send arrives blank except for FWD: as the subject. I have a Galaxy S4 & he has a Convoy 3. It'll happen for awhile then everything goes back to normal. I live in California & he lives in Colorado if that makes a difference. It's only this person that it happens to though.

Hello JonO121968! I can certainly address your concerns today with your text messages! Now are you trying to send regular text messages, group messages, or picture messages? Being that the Convoy 3 is a basic phone, this phone will have different capabilities compared to the Galaxy S 4, since it's a smart phone. Keep us posted, thanks!

If I send a text message the recipient only gets FWD: and nothing else in the body of the text. If I send a picture message he receives the picture & either no text at all or random letters & symbols. I've tried changing the Font & disabling my signature & it doesn't make a difference. What does work is if I send a text via email though, but it is more of a hassle.
