I use Google Voice for voicemail. It works fine for unanswered and busy calls, but when I reject a call, it does not forward. How do I correct that?
The cell phone number is probably listed with a check box next to it. Turn it off. Calls placed to your google number are forwarded to the cell number. But your cell phone sent the call to the GV number.

Thanks! I do not have my cell number checked that would create a call loop. GV picks up fine (I have Do Not Disturb set) for calls to my cell that go unanswered or when I am on another call.
