Poor service in 64040 area

I have had Verizon for years. The past few months the signal that I receive has decreased to the point where I can't make a phone call while in my home. I am wondering if anyone else in holden has experienced this? It was T-mobile that sucked in Holden, but from the sound of it their customers are now getting good coverage, while Verizon is going the other direction. Any insight into this would be appreciated!!

Not sure where exactly Holden is, but I'm in North Alabama and my reception has steadily gone downhill as well

We want you to have the best service at all times! Is this issue only occurring while indoors? How many bars of signal are you receiving inside your home? Have you made any recent changes to the home? (roofing, siding etc)

The issue is occurring inside and out. I am getting 1-2 bars in the house or outside the house. I used to get 4g. I just don't understand why it has gotten so bad. I am to the point where I am going to have to look into switching service. I mean - I can't even send a text message from home anymore. And if I do want to make a phone call I have to go outside and walk around to have any chance of it not being dropped. If you could please tell me what is going on I would appreciate it! If it isn't something that is going to get better then I really would like to know so I can make other arrangements. I'm paying way to much money to not be able to use my phone at home!!! Thanks.
