No Verizon service in my office - all other cell carriers fine??

My Zip code is 27617 and my office area gets almost no signal and when i step out of office i have 1 bar of signal .. All other carriers are good with their signals and i just switched to Verizon . Can you please install some signal boosters in the area or in our office location .. This is very frustrating as no body is able to reach me nor i am able to reach out ot anybody. Also it is causing my device to drain out quickly everyday.

Regardless of the fact of whether or not others with VZW have an issue with signal inside the building, 2 things are happening. First, and most importantly, VZW does NOT and will NOT guarantee service inside of any structure. Plain and simple. Second, the OP is requesting VZW to install signal boosters. This would be the responsibility of the business owner.

there are 2 issues 1. there is no signal inside the building

and 2. outside the building there is only 1 bar of service around the building area. I am not sure when other major carriers can do better at providing service why cant a major carrier like Verizon do a better job at that..

If it's just you experiencing problems and other Verizon customers are not, it would be good to troubleshoot your device.

I have talked to other verizon users and they are also experiencing the same problem. we reached out to building facilities but they have expressed concern over verizon signal in the area..

That's a bummer. If it was just you something could be done to troubleshoot your device, but unfortunately it sounds like a signal issue. You and your co-workers can reach out to Verizon to express the lack of signal, but they won't do anything about it in the immediate future UNLESS something is going on with the tower. They won't add more or upgrade anything and they won't give your work signal boosters; you'll have to talk to your company about buying them.

If you're able to connect to your works Wi-Fi you should be able to send and receive text that way and you can download apps to make and receive phone calls over Wi-Fi. I would suggest putting your phone in airplane mode or turning it off to avoid the battery drain, unless you want to use the Wi-Fi, then I would just turn off cellular data.
