It seems that repersentives can't tell me the same answer for my questions in store I was told I could move my bill date at any time and then on the phone I was told it would be no more then a 15 dollar fee and now it's 56 dollars for 4 days of service ? How does it go from free to 15 then to 56 not to mention I was hung up on by a service rep! So disappointed in Verizon
