Droid Eris Picture Messaging Problems

All of a sudden my Eris will not send picture messages. The message appears to go out with no problems but no one ever receives the picture. Does anyone else have this problem? I was on the phone for two hours with both HTC and Verizon and no one would help me.

yes! i was at the store for an hour yesterday and they couldnt figure it out and had to call tech support, they put in a "trouble ticket" and they said theyd call me back by tomorrow. they did however do a hard reset and lost all my contacts (how nice) i really think it has something to do with the new software update because it seemed to start after i got that.
