Does anyone else find this just crazy. Verizon has made it just about impossible to contact and get any support. But hey! you have worthless points and other bullshit!
Phone, store, chat, and forum support. Seems to cover the bases well.
Chat is my go to way for support. Unless what I need requires a phone call. I avoid going into the stores if I can.
What were you doing you could not get a hold of support?
Just like a lot of the other posts , they came to make a worthless complaint, only to never be seen or heard from again.
