I thought I was to receive 500mb of free data each month by signing up for Auto Pay. I do not see that increase in data allowance on my plan or bill.
I've never hear of a 500MB promo for this sign up. Where did you see this?
Are you sure it wasn't 500 minuets of talk time?
Most others have reported that Prepaid accounts on autopay see the increase after the first month. Some have to call in to have the allotment corrected.
And, the bonus is 1GB right now.
