I'm a new Verizon customer and I can not send or receive texts to or from phones on other carriers. Texts to and from other Verizon phones work fine. Calls are working fine. I've tried using the Message+ app, stock messaging app, and various 3rd party apps. I have turned phone off and on, removed and reinserted the SIM card and have done a factory reset. I have opened a support ticket via chat but have yet to receive any help.
