I have not had any cell service since 1:30 pm today in Key Largo, FL. Is anyone else having the same issues?

We have a Samsung Gusto II and a Samsung Galaxy S III. We have powered our phones off and restarted them. We cannot make calls or send texts. The message on the phones say No Mobile Network Availble. I do have data on the Galaxy S III.
