I had to do a hard reset on my Note 4, now nothing is working for my Samsung account to log in and go through the set-up wizard. What do I do??

I did the hard set-up. Restart my device and all. Tried to go through my set-up wizard and nothing is working. I had to have the thing send a reset link for my password, when i tried that it still isnt working

I'm sorry your phone is not working after your hard reset. brizz0921. I know how important it is to have a working phone. What error message are you receiving? Are you trying to log in online via My-Verizon.
