Every time I try to go into the phone I instantly get an error message saying, "Unfortunately, Contacts has stopped." Then before I can do anything it brings me right back to the home screen. I'm not able to make any phone calls right now unless the person is already in my contacts. This just started on my Samsung Note 4 last night. It shows that there are no updates available. I don't have any new apps on it. I tried turning it off and turning back on. Taking the battery out. Doing a reboot. Deleting the data and cache in contacts. Online I saw it was something to do with Google +, so I deleted that and still no difference. The only other thing I know of is a factory reset but I really don't want to lose all of my personal data. My phone is only 4 months old and I need it to be functioning for work. Please help ASAP!!!
