I have a new Note4 and can't figure out why I can't receive pictures with text messages. Any help would be great.

We want you to be able to get your pictures with text messages! Let's put our thinking caps on and figure this out together! When trying to download these pictures, are you connected to 4G LTE or WiFi? Does this happen with every contact or just certain ones? Keep us posted.
