how do I get the weather back on home page on gs4
Click and hold on the wallpaper of your home screen until a menu pops up of wallpapers, widgets, settings, then click on widgets. Scroll through the widgets and see if you have any weather ones. If so click and hold it until it shows you placing it on a home screen, you can drag to left or right side to place on other home screens if available. If you don't have any weather apps with weather widgets installed you'll have to go the Play Store and install one such as 1weather or any of a number of others then repeat above.
