Ringtone purchased, no where to be found

I know this is an ongoing problem, however I have read through others problems on this for almost and hour and tried every suggested fix.

I purchase a ringtone on Verizon Tones, today - was told it couldn't download because not enough storage (or something, do not have the exact wording).

Samsung S4.

Do not want to buy it again to just go through the same stuff.

It is not in downloads, music, etc. under files

I love my ringtones too susan17! I want to make sure you phone will be able to get those awesome tunes. How much memory http://vz.to/1EgpmyQ do you have left on the phone? Here are the instructions http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-77829/ on how to clear some memory on your phone. Let's wipe the http://vz.to/1GSvUEr partition on your phone too and try to re-download the tone.

Personalizing your phone is definitely important, and ring tones is a great way to do that. Let's get to the bottom of this and see what's going on.

Did you purchase the ring tone on the cell phone or from your computer? Did you receive a MMS with the ring tone? Have you checked your Downloaded files to see if the ring tone was saved there?

Yes, then I did an online chat and your person said it wasn't charged to my

account so I tried it again and the message was 'you have already purchased

thid' so I don't know what to think.

Got it, thanks. Did you receive a message with the ringtone included? Is it at that point where the device states there is not enough memory to download? Do you still have the message? Are you connected to WiFi or cellular data when attempting to download?
