I can no longer reply to text messages to businesses

I can no longer reply to text messages to businesses. I used to be able to reply to confirm hair appointments, dental appointments, prescription refills, etc.

What changed? How can I correct this? when I try to reply with a Y for yes, I always get "message failed".

We want to make sure everything works the way it should. That's incredibly important. Messages to a business shouldn't be any different than replying to any other text. Whether a business is set up to receive messages back will depend on the business. Are these texts that ask you to reply? Many businesses have their texts set up so they can't be replied to.
