Got a replacement phone. Restored everything from the cloud. But all my apps didn't restore like they did last time. What did I miss?
You mean they didn't download? Or the content of the apps after you downloaded them?

I've actually never heard of them just downloading on their own. I'll look into that.
Did you sign in with your previous used g-mail account?
According to what I'm reading when you sign in with your previously used g-mail it should ask if you want to download your previous downloaded apps.
