How can I fix bluetooth media audio connection? Phone connection works fine.

I recently bought a Ford and was able to stream my phone using the Bluetooth feature.  Phone pairs fine.  Calls connect however I am unable to connect the media audio connection in my bluetooth settings.  Greys out when box is checked.  Was working fine then stopped working.  I have unpaired both.  Deleted both pairings.  Restarting phone and car several times.  I have performed a hard reset on my phone to no avail.  Please help.

Congratulations on your new car! When you are pairing the device are your choosing AUX on the car stereo? Where is it graying out on the car stereo or on the device? Also I apologize if I missed this but what make/model device do you have?
