just 3G since 4.4.2, LG G2

I'm getting extremely frustrated, I have done a hard factory reset 4 times and it has fixed some things like knock on And off works again, it's not getting hot YET, but it seems as though battery is still draining too quick, my keyboard lags, AND my service is in and out and on 3G network, when all other iphones in this household have 4GLTE, not liking this. I don't pay as much as I do for slow service or no service this needs to be fixed. Like Yesterday!

The most recent push was in January of this year. The prior one in September of last. OP may be referencing the OS version information incorrectly.

Agreed. Power down, remove SIM. Wait ten minutes. Re insert SIM. Power back up.

Of that doesn't restore 4G, go to a corporate store and ask for a new SIM card.

Yes there have been updates recently but they specifically mean updating to kitkat which was back in April. The last couple of updates had nothing to do with kitkat.

I have only had one OTA system update which I received in December. Ever since then my phone service has been 3G or the 3G goes to grey in the notification and my phone won't work at all.

I also can't remove my SIM card I have an LGG2
