My Navigator has stopped showing the 3D view. I have checked all the settings and options/preferences. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and updated but it still just shows the map view. I am in an area where I have always had 3D so why has it stopped? Can anyone tell me how to get my 3D back?

my apps are always updating. I don't know if the phone has been updated. After I discovered I wasn't getting 3D and checked all my settings etc, I reverted to the original navigator version and it didn't make a difference. So, then I thought maybe it might need updating and I reinstalled and updated. It still doesn't show 3D.
