Blocking Resticted Calls

How do I block restricted calls on my Galaxy S4 without paying the $4.99 for FamilyBase? It should be that restricted calls counts towards your normal count of 5 blocked numbers without the FamilyBase. Why pay $5 for a service that you will not use the other features on?

That's like saying if I don't use all the features of my Verizon plan why do I have to pay the full bill, come on you're talking $5 bucks here.

Have you looked into any of the apps? Could be a few good ones and maybe free.

Are you getting multiple restricted calls that don't go through. Mine started about 3 days ago, over 65 calls now. I am attempting to get a hold of Verizon to complain. These calls have been coming in at all times, night or day. No one is on the line when I answer and it just hangs up on its own when I leave it alone. Driving me nuts. I cannot find a way to block them and I will damned if I pay $5.00 for blocking a possible glitch.
