The only options I have from the app is 'Subscribe to Visual Voice Mail for $2.99 per month' or 'Call Voice Mail'. When you call voice mail there are no instructions for visual at all.
VVM is not available for free on Verizon. It is a feature they have chosen to charge for.
however, you can use Google voice free. You my also find another app to substitute.
(my AT&T phone has VVM, my Verizon phone does not)
